In order to purchase "Fast track publication" for you article

3. Skip the shipping page by clicking "next".
4. Select Country: Italy and any Province/zip code ("PI – Pisa" and "50100" is fine, but any choice will do the trick) otherwise you will be automatically charged shipping fees.

It might help us if you could provide us with JPP article reference number and/or contact author email address in the note and email fields in the form.
